Is powercolour amd/ati radeon r7 360 better than 750 ti ?

Which is the best motherboard gigabyte g1 sniper B7 or msi B150A gaming pro or asus 170pro gaming motherboard?

Neither GPU you mentioned are good for today's AAA games.

OK first off the motherboards you are talking about are Intel motherboards so you would need to go with a compatible Intel cpu. To ensure everything works together I would suggest planning your build using pcpartpicker.com they will tell you if things aren't compatible and give you options that are compatible
