Windows 10 annoying security popup and network error after boot

i get this everytime a programm establishes a connection for the first time(only once per session but again after reboot)

and i have to login into my microsoft account after every boot because some network error occured.
everything network related works fine and i have this error thing for about 2-3 weeks now.

also i've set win to not require login on boot so idk why thats happening

 

running latest win 10 pro,specs in sig

i7 4790K | 4.5ghz @1.19v / 1080 ti strix oc  / Asus Z97 Pro Gamer  / 970 Evo 500GB | 850 Evo 500GB / Corsair 780t white|window

it doenst say anything specific,just "connection failed and here login m8" yet it is connected

so you mean everything that uses the internet,hmm might give it a try
