About that ball park, and prime95 is pretty much worst case load for normal people, and is my standard 24/7 load.

if you have a cool environment it's OK, but it's not a general rule

It's plenty for a moderate oc. 4.3-4.4ghz is an easy oc that most people can achieve on a 6700k with the 212 Evo.

The difference between ihs and core temps can easily be more than 10c for cpus that don't use a soldered ihs. The 6700k for example doesn't use a soldered ihs.

It's a bit overkill if you're not planning to oc though. Why get a 6700k if you don't to oc?

Oh I do plan to overclock it in the future, im upgrading my gpu in January, so i'll also change my cooler by then, but i wanted to make sure the 212 would handle my cpu for the next few months.

The 212 Evo is already fine for a moderate oc. 

Why not get the cooler you intend to in the first place if you're going to oc anyway?

My budget, plus i found the 212 in the cheap, so I bought it  while I saved enough money for a new gpu and a proper OC cooler.

I'd recommend the CRYORIG H7, it's a bit pricier but it's a better cooler http://www.cryorig.com/h7_us.php

It's barely better than the 212 Evo. They're both very similar and trade blows depending on what benchmark/review you're looking at.

That's a 4930k at 1.42v.. 83c is actually very good considering that.
