You can add that fan, even though it won't give you any benefit to cooling. I would go with a better one. Also, you can add another fan, but that will only improve your temps by like 1 degree.

I just want a led fan for it ;c hahaha

You could but you will gain no performance. Get a 212 evo at least or the Cryorig H7

I have spent years waiting for the moment someone called for a fan pro. This is my time.

 

Yes. any 120mm 92mm fan should work.

 

Although You would see extremely marginal if any real changes in temps by changing the fan or adding a 2nd (get a nice fan like  a Noctua for a big difference in noise though). My server runs dual CPUs, each with a Dual fan 212 evo, not for cooling but more for noise reduction (and it looks badass).

The T2 ships with a 92mm fan and 120mm fans wouldn't fit with a bit of jerry-rigging.
