I have an old iPad 1 and I was wondering if I could plug it into a computer, delete every file, and copy a copy of Android over like Android 6. Would this work? I'm running windows on my desktop and Linux mint on my laptop if a specific operating system is needed

Nope. Apple is crap, and won't let you do it. (It's hard to even run Linux on their full Desktop Macs)

Also, don't think about running different mobile OSes, unless you've rooted your android and want to run a different flavour.

Want to know which mobo to get?

Spoiler

Choose whatever you need. Any more, you're wasting your money. Any less, and you don't get the features you need.

Only you know what you need to do with your computer, so nobody's really qualified to answer this question except for you.

If you want andriod, you can run it on a vm or on your laptop. They make x86 versions.

I need an app called splashtop to screen share with my desktop or laptop. All the other ones I have looked at that are available for free on iOS are crap.

Even with Jailbreak you can not. You can make it look like Android by customizing it

The best way is to use Temviewer and mirror Android screen to an Ipad

Doesn't team viewer cost money?

Why not get a external screen. You can get them almost free if you start looking.

You're gonna get scammed by the Indian Tech Scammers so hard, I can't even imagine it.

Doesn't it have a time limit though?

I don't see any limitations

There is no paid version of an app something like TV Pro so I guess they have bunch of ads on it to make it free w/o limits. I haven't used it for few years though
