An SSD is an SSD. It generally doesn't matter because all SSDs are fast. That SSD looks to be more of a budget SSD, so it may be slower.

No reviews for it yet, but it can't be too bad. It won't be as good as a 850 EVO, but on the other hand it's cheaper
