If everything else is not broken, I guess.

But what are all the specs of the machine? Does it have a CPU installed? Working PSU? Have you tried 1 RAM stick in all slots to confirm all slots are working? confirmed everything else is working?

RAM is usually one of the last things that would break.

if i put a ram in a pc and turn the pc on it should display someting right?

well with this ram it did not display anything

does that mean th RAM is broken?

Ram is usually really tough to break so I would check if the fans you have connected are spinning because if they are not it could be a dead PSU or Motherboard.
