GPU artifacts,only with Windows 10

My GPU is fine, all worked nicely for like 3 months while i was on Windows 7.

I updated to Windows 10,latest AMD drivers as of now.

On Google Chrome,in games, practicly everywhere i get some sort of artifacting.

It sometimes stretches lines and polygons all over my screen, sometimes flickers, sometimes appears in little rectangles on the screen.

The GPU is and R9 270x,MSI Hawk edition.

No overclocks, only a custom fan curve,GPU never goes above 70c.

Don't mind the grammar and spelling,English is not my primary language.

Screenshots are attached, video links will be in the spoiler:

Try to reinstall Windows 10 and see if the problem is solved.

Update to the latest motherboard drivers, Windows 10 might have a problem with your CPU/Mobo combo and have struggle utilising it's northbridge

 | CPU: AMD FX 8350 + H100i | GPU: AMD R9 290X + NZXT Kraken | RAM: HyperX Beast 2033 16GB | PSU: EVGA G2 | MOBO: ASRock 970M |

| CASE: Corsair Carbide 88R |STORAGE: 1x WD Black | KEYBOARD: Corsair K70 | MOUSE: R.A.T 9 |

SOMETIMES LOSING THE BATTLE, MEANS YOU CAN WIN THE WAR

MoBo drivers as in Chipset ones,or the BIOS?

If you mean't the BIOS,it's already the latest one.

@Mancube I don't want to freak you out but It could be VRAM or RAM issues / a dead gpu. Try a different video card or ram. You could try one stick at the time.

Edit:

I just saw it on a forum though. i don't know if that's true.

Black / flashes normally relate to a GPU problem.
Coloured artifacts normally relate to a Vram problem.

Are you able to go back to Windows 7 and make sure that it is Windows 10 that is causing the problem?

It's not a race to the bottom.

The wierd thing is that this is the second R9 270x in my hands, first one died 2 days before the warranty ended luckily, this GPU's VRAM I tested with memtestCL on Win7,all finished okay, and as I said, this same drivers on windows 7 worked absolutely fine,i played Doom and the new Tomb Raider with no issues at all.

I'll try the RAM sticks, will reply with the results.

@Mancube You could try one ram stick at the time, yeah... If it doesn't work, try removing the GPU from the pc (to run with the integrated graphics). That's a simple way of seeing if the problem is with windows 10 or your graphics card.

@Mancube I don't recommend you doing that, since it can really corrupt your gpu. Make sure you know what you're doing.

@WAR Corporation Sadly, I don't have any integrated graphics, I'm running an AMD FX-6300 @ 4.0GHz,2 x 4GB Kingston 1866MHz DDR3,ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0,and a Cooler Master B500 500w PSU.

@Mancube Oh... Do you have a different video card? Even if it's a older one, it can help.

@WAR Corporation I'd take my brother's GPU,yet his PC is in RMA right now as we speak, some kind of a virus has corrupted his RAM,so i don't have access to his PC to borrow the GPU.

One of my ideas was, that maybe the DirectX 12 was making this issue, bad driver optimisation for my specific GPU?

@Mancube I don't think so since AMD drivers are now getting better. But I'll google it.

But yeah try removing the ram and try one ram stick at the time. Hope you can fix your problem :/

Two things have really exacerbated artifacts on my system. Beta drivers, and unstable NB/HT.

HT was causing texture corrruption, and the beta drivers cause flashing and artifacting that one would usually associate with too high of a core clock.

@Mancube Before you do that, check if you can boot into windows without artifacts. Try removing the ram sticks though. Also:

Your PSU (power-supply) has enough watts to run the pc?

@Mancube Even if your cpu was overclocked to 10 GHz (ik it's alot but it's an example) it shouldn't happen.
