well what temperatures is it running on? Bad airflow could cause high temps, causing high fan speeds, causing noise.

 

Its not like there is exactly a "quiet button" only some people know about.

Gaming - Ryzen 9800X3D | 64GB 6400mhz cl30 9070 XT

Homelab - many servers...constantly changing.

66 c on the gpu as max

how do  I tell if there is bad airflow

You edited in the image afterwards..

The software you're using doesn't seem to give many options for controlling fan speed. Try Msi Afterburner instead.

It was not working too well I think that was what mess up my fan the first time around to casue it to keep onget reset to 0 and black screne the computer

and yep it is the gpu I can max out the cpu no fan issue I can hear over it idle sound

Please.. proofread before you post. Some of your posts are getting difficult to understand. 

Were you using Overdrive as well? You should only be controlling settings from one software at a time.

Reset Overdrive to default settings and don't use it.
