It sounds like it's a case with PSU and MB. It "fits up to gtx 970" doesn't mean it has one. Especially for that price. Bare bones means it has the capabilities, but doesn't come standard. It can use NVMe, but doesn't come with any.

i understand what barebones are, but this one confused me, just checkin. thats why i asked, because it seems unlike to have so much for that price

Yes, you're absolutely correct. It looks like they have the Specs for a full machine, and didn't bother filtering for the bare bones version too well. A lot of advertising points to make.

It looks very tight and compact. I hope you have fun with it!
