Hello.
I have a problem with overclocking my 6600k.
So i have set multiplier to 45 and it runs on 4.5Ghz and my vcore on 1.35V but when i start to stress test it my voltage sometimes drops to 1.296V and frequency to 3,8Ghz.
Here is a video of my problem: https://youtu.be/SYTGhMf6MXk
What could be the cause of this?

CPU: i5 6600k

During stress testing?

What software do you use to monitor temps?

Do you have dynamic frequency control enabled or something that does a similar thing?

I am no expert, but looks like the stress test app is allowing some other application to utilize the cpu from time to time. Have you tried prime 95? and it maybe better to use hwinfo instead of hwmonitor - in my case, hwmonitor gave out a very very different reading from the actual Vcore (as measured using a DMM).
