PC not booting

Hey guys (or girls maybe)!

I just finished my new pc build but I now have a problem so I need your help. When I switch on the psu the corsair logo  on the h100i flashes white and red before turning off again...also the computer wont start when pressing the power button. Nothing happens...

I triple checked the cables and the system panel

Hope you can help me

Any errorcode (beepcode)?

Do you have any PciE Networking stuff installed?

Did you try the Ram reseating Thing?

What Hardware (Mobo)?
