PC not booting

Hey guys (or girls maybe)!

I just finished my new pc build but I now have a problem so I need your help. When I switch on the psu the corsair logo  on the h100i flashes white and red before turning off again...also the computer wont start when pressing the power button. Nothing happens...

I triple checked the cables and the system panel

Hope you can help me
