So I was thinking of saving for a pc... and seeing as I have pretty much no experience building pcs and am very paranoid that I'd break something if I tried, I was thinking of purchasing a prebuilt pc...

Before you go crazy and say that I should build it myself and how it will cost more to buy prebuilt... hear me out.. this combo comes with a screen keyboard and mouse + a warranty \http://www.ibuypower.com/Store/Intel-X99-Core-i7-Configurator

Yeah, I'd build it myself if I were you.  You'd probably get it cheaper.  It's not hard to build a PC at all.  There are many instructables and build guides all over YouTube.

Sheer Will and Spite (home server):

If it comes with a 144Hz 4K monitor G-Sync then I will buy it, other than that it's just a picture. Don't trust until you read specs

Operating System ::None- Pre-formatted Hard Drive Only
Keyboard ::None
Mouse ::iBUYPOWER Standard Gaming Mouse
Monitor ::None
Speaker System ::None

Some vendors will build a system for you for a small fee.

NCIX is one I know of. Just add the parts you want to the shopping basket and then add http://www.ncixus.com/products/?sku=7842.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
