Looks like you enabled tablet mode. You can change the setting in the systems settings section.

I logged on to windows 10 and was greeted with this. WTF? Where has my normal win 10 screen gone?! PLEASE HELP ME!gjJLGil.jpg

Processor: Intel i7 4770k, Motherboard: Asus Z97-P RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum 16GB GPU: MSI GTX 1050TI OC Case: Corsair ICUE 4000X, Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB + 500GB + 2TB HDD PSU: Corsair RM750, Cooling: Corsair H100i Capellix,

That looks like a start menu glitch.  Have you tried restarting the machine?  Were any recent updates done?
