MSI for the cooler, but EVGA has better warranty.

Since the PCB is smaller the amount of fans doesn't have to be greater for the same airflow.

The cheaper probably :D

 

Of course, bigger coolers will be more silent, but if one card is $10 cheaper, that's enough to get an upgrade somewhere. Better SSD, PSU, or an aftermarket case fan or two.

They're about the same. If you have a larger case I'd go with the MSI as it'll do better. Smaller case gets the Mini.
