Youre spending a lot on that CPU cooler if you ask me....maybe get a cheaper one and get a better GPU?

Looks good, you're spending an lot on the case though, I would get a cheaper one and try to fit an SSD.

Save your money, get yourself a 7950 instead. Goes to 3GB and 384-bit memory bandwidth. Also, where's your CPU & PSU?

^Yes, drop the cooler, it should get you (or very close to) a 7950.

 

You can always buy one later down the line if you feel the need.

It seems to be pretty good, could you push for a 7870 XT or 7950? Also change the cooler for Hyper 212 EVO, you can't OC on 970 chipset anyway and surely not on a low end model.

Yes, I'd suggest Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 and Asus M5A99FX EVO/PRO R2.0.
