Graphics card overclock (2 gtx 970s)

I have 2 gtx 970s running in sli one's core clock is 1329MHZ and the other one's core clock is at 1114. I do'nt know why they are different, they are the exact same cards. What could I overclock them too and what settings do I need to change to do so. Like power limit and memory clock for exampleDesktop 09.10.2016 - 11.21.37.01.png
