Terrible deal, go for a x5650 if you want a lga 1366 cpu, but x58 boards are about $100 used, and good ones usually go for $150, so just going for a new cpu like an i5 6400 is a better deal that would cost about the same including the motherboard. With ram ddr3 is about the same price as ddr4.

 

go for something like this if you want a good cpu for gaming/streaming, or a 6500 if you can afford it.
