I found this on amazon, I've been looking for a 200-250 dollar GPU. I was gonna buy a GTX 1060, benchmarks seemed better than the RX 480, but I found this super cheap 970 on Amazon, should I buy this or a RX 80 or GTX 1060?

The GTX 970 was probably Nivdia's biggest flop. R9 390 and RX 480 would crush it.

I'd argue the GTX 960 was. The GTX 970 was quite the capable card that held a good price/performance before the R9 390 released.

@KevinCuponk, that's a poor price for the GTX 970 when the RX 480 and GTX 1060 outperform it at the same price.

What are you talking about? the 390 was not better than the 970, the rx 480 literally came out 2 years later and the 970 was even the most popular card according to steam

Yep, Nvidia's biggest flop that sold like hotcakes and matched 390 performance. Total flop.

so would you guys say the GTX 1060 is the best card for the price?

I am planning in buying a GPU for upcoming release like Battlefield 1, Fifa 17, and Modern Warfare remastered, would the GTX 1060 be able to handle those at 1080p 60 FPS?

I would go with any of the aftermarket models of the GTX 1060. The 1060 can max out any current game on the market at 1080p @ 60Hz fairly easily.
