Get the Corsair 350D windowed , awesome case and it isn't that expensive. as far as i know there aren't any good horizontal cases with a window.

I personally prefer mATX as ATX is really just wasted space. Very few ATX builds have enough graphics/sound/raid cards and things of the sort to actually justify needing the room for them.

For windowed cases something like a Arc Mini R2 or 350d are very nice options. You can always just add your own with a dremmel though :D

okay thx for input but

reason i said horizontal is so you can actually see the gpu, like it has amazing cooling system yet its facing downwards, you cant see it, just the ugly pcb :/

mATX personally I see is the way to go. Compact yet has the ability to run SLI + RAID card with the right stuff.

true that! 350 dollar motherboard (nzd) so many slots.. uses one with a gpu and nothing else..

m-atx is beast, Just wish they'd have a different layout
4x
16x
4x(or gap)
16/8x

That would be the beast layout so you could have two GPU's and a sound card/raid card without needing a raiser or Watercooling.

In fact I'm water-cooling my system just to run 2x GPU and my sound card at once (prefer internal)
I use a Haf XB case, it supports up to ATX, but mATX looks just fine in it.

Rig 1 CPU: 3570K Motherboard: V Gene GPU: Power Color r9 280x at 1.35GHZ  RAM: 16 GB 1600mhz PSU: Cougar CMX 700W Storage: 1x Plexor M5S 256GB 1x 1TB HDD 1x 3TB GREEN HDD Case: Coolermaster HAFXB Cooling: Intel Watercooler

Get the 350D and turn it 90c. Then mod the bottom part and make a window. Problem solved!

I personally don't know any matx cases with a horizontal motherboard. I only know the Bitfenix Prodigy (not M) that has a window and horizontal motherboard. (but im sure there are alot more mITX cases with this option.
