Upgrade Planning - Skylake

I am looking to do a complete overhaul on my rig and move to a skylake architecture with DDR4.  I recently upgraded my video card to a 1070 and since then it's made me want to do more.  That being said I need recommendations on the following.

 

motherboard

CPU (Was thinking 6700k)

ram

u.2 ssd upgrade (Preferrably 320 gigs or >)

Cooler upgrade (Was thinking the x61)

case upgrade (was thinking the Noctis 450 but would be possibly open to some of the new corsair cases with the RGB fans)

 

That being said  help me plan this upgrade out please and please don't ask what's in my system already because I plan on parting out my old system (for the most part to the roommate)

mobo - for that CPU you need a Z170 board, whatever floats your boat in terms of manufacturer

RAM - 16GB minimum

I will also consider m.2 for hd since the price is up there on u.2
