Is this PC okay to run BF4 60 fps?

What resolution are you planing to play at atr 1080p you will likely not hit 60fps try going for a gtx 950 or 960

Well, 1680x1050 is called 1050p... 720p (1280×720) is a resolution in of itself. So to stay above constant 60fps at somewhat high settings I would say play at 720p.

I feel like at this price range, you should be able to put in a better gpu.

AMD FX-6350, AM3+, 3,9GHz, 6-core is this gonna help if i upgrade it to this? i am new to this kind of thing sorry for the dumb questions

Your CPU(6300) is okay, but you should get a better GPU
