overwatch is really laggy (help)

i dunno if this is just me but earlier today overwatch was running fine at 60+ fps i went to the gym and came back to play some more when i load it up its lagging like hell it says i had 7fps and 0 ms (ping)

 

my specs are fx 6300, gtx 750 1gb and 8gb ram 

 

the temps on my cpu and gpu were at around 30-45 degrees

Since it is an online game maybe you might want to do less things on your internet while playing the game? If you are on wifi maybe switch to ethernet if that is possible.

Maybe restart your game, sometime it just glitches for no reason

i just reinstalled the game and its back to working fine now but i have no idea why it happened
