CPU for GTX1070

Is it worth it to upgrade to i5 6600 which I need to change the mobo too since I'm using amd now. Can you guys suggest me cpu to be looking for? Or maybe I should stick to current socker and just find a better cpu? I'll be playing battlefield 1 mainly. So I don't want my current cpu to bottleneck the 1070

 

cpu: fx 8320

mobo: gigabyte 970a ds3p

ram: 8 gb

If you can afford the upgrade to the 6600 the go for it as AM3+ is generations outdated. Do not upgrade to another AM3+ CPU. Your current CPU won't bottleneck the 1070 but I would recommend the 6600.

the 1070 is a powerful card that will be bottlenecked by most low-end CPUs so I would definitely make the leap to an i5.

The 8350 does reduce the performance for any GPU.

A CPU does not need to be at 100% for it to be a bottleneck.

If so, any suggestion for the mobo for i5 6600? I won't be overclocking my cpu or sli
