As others have said, your request is rather vague.

 

Ads, are the most basic way to make money off a web server (eg: forums). So sign up for AdSense.

 

For the MC Server itself, you could charge for membership, or have a 2-tier system where the server is free, but paid members get bonus powers or benefits. You could also have bonus content/mods they could buy access to.

 

Whether anyone would be willing to pay? A different question.
