Hyper 212 Evo + $30
 
Not sure what I should do. Any suggestions?

Should I get a blower style or "open-air" style cooler for the 7950. In particular the MSI R7950-3GD5/OC BE and the xfx double D FX-795A-TDKC.

helped building up the CPU Overclocking Database and GPU Overclocking Database, check them out ;)

Why?

 

open air cards are generally more efficient, especially msi does a great job with custom designs.
