help unwanted starting tab

hey i instsalled a software it was fake i deleted it but now when i open my browser the ad pops up not my hoome page help

should be an option in browser settings to change your homepage, if you need a step by step guide name your browser

Sounds like you have malware, download malwarebytes (make sure you check NOT to start the premium trail) during install, run a scan with it and remove all items
go into your browser settings and change startup pages

so i installed this software it was fake i cant delete it bcoz it is not in my installation programslist but now whenever open any of my browsers i get a ad page just like popups and my homepage doesent opens i have malware bytes premium it scanned and deleted all the threats but still when i open the browser i get the ad page and sometimes it randomly pops up

ive changed the homepage to google but it doesent get the google as my startup page

Use a virus scanner, like Avast and Hitmanpro.

Maybe reinstall the browser might work

Sounds like a malware problem to me. Scan for malware and check your browser for extensions that you didn't install.

try all malware bytes, maybe use a trial version of bitdefender pro, and/or use ccleaner and see if you can uninstall/delete it through that
