New PC Build

Since until now I only have a really bad laptop, I want to build/buy myself a new desktop PC.

 

With the PC I only want to do some gaming (CSGO with a decent fps, but does not have to be at high video settings), some CAD (Autodesk Inventor) and normal things like surfing, Microsoft Office ... 

Only special thing is that I need WiFi (shouldn't be much of a problem)

 

What do you recommend to use as components?

There's not really a fixed budget because  I am just not sure what it needs to get this working. (Would prefer to build it myself because I have never done this and would be an experience)

I think that a really big build is just not needed for these tasks.

Go with the last gen Intel NUC, the i5 based one should be enough for your needs.

I get you point, but I am really not sure about my budget. 

I have 1k to spend as maximum, but I would prefer spending less, since I feel like a 1k PC is just overkill for CSGO (in general for my needs probably up to 500 makes more sence)

I wouldn't get the V300 SSD. And switch out the i3 for an i5 6400 which isn't much more expensive.
