$1,500 USD Budget

I plan on building a portable gaming PC that should fit into my cycle panniers while riding. I plan on gaming at 1080p at high FPS, preferably on a 144hz monitor. The build references a GTX 1070, it is not necessary explaining how 1440p would suite that card instead. I would like max settings (AA, Hairworks, etc) at high FPS. 1080p, based on benchmarks, matches that.

I only plan on powering one display, preferably at 144hz. I also, eventually, plan on running an HTC Vive.

I bought peripherals already since this build replaces my previous and allows my mom and siblings the ability inheriting a superior desktop for their daily tasks. I plan on purchasing a Windows 10 license, though I would like hearing about people's recommendation about Pro vs Basic.

This build only exists for entertainment and the challenge. I would like placing the best price-performance stuff into this system. I would like a complete gaming experience, including overclocking, crammed into the smallest available case that supports a full-sized GPU.

TL;DR

I only chose the motherboard based on how many USB ports were on it. For some reason I really like plugging everything into my PC, including chargers. I, realistically, only needed Keyboard/Mouse (2), Headset (1), and the Wireless USB for Xbox ONE gamepad (1), which makes 4. I also plug my pebble watch, Xbox ONE charging dock and USB rechargeable cycle light into USBs. That means, based on my current habbits, I needed 7. The SG13 cased has 2 USB 3.0 ports. Current PC has 5 USB 3.0 and 5 USB 2.0

Suggestions? Also, my choices were only these:

Asus Z170I PRO GAMING (Ugly, has enough ports)

Gigabyte GA-Z170N-Gaming 5 (looks cool, not enough ports)

MSI Z170I GAMING PRO AC ($200 !!)

ASRock Fatal1ty Z170 Gaming-ITX/ac (Best looking, seems like enough ports)
