Underload, that should consume around 250-300watts so a good quality 400watt PSU is more than enough ;) 

Depends on your processor. I'd say 450 minimum but it very much depends on the res of the system. Tell us more about the whole system it would be connected to.

You will likely want a 450-500w PSU to sufficiently run a full system.

What brand and model is it? Probably it's okay but it highly depends on the model of the PSU :P

The thing on it's own could easily be powered by a 150W PSU. What are the specs of the system you're putting the GPU in?

Hmmmm...it's not that good of a PSU and what not but in my very own opinion, it "should" be fine (although you probably should get something better in quality as they aren't very high quality...)

Actually i bought this psu 4months ago . when i was using 270x and now iwant to buy 470 and i dont have extra money to spend on psu
