Xeon E5 V4 (2683) and 3200 DDR4 and XMP profiles - is it possible

Hello experts :)

I have been i7 user for long time - on i7 I am able to tune timings and latency with or without overclock or xmp... This time it's different - I need upgrade to Xeon (extra cores for my vmware).

Xeon E5 are declared to use 2400 memory; but since motherboard (ASRock X99 WS) supports XMP and 3200, how Xeon will use XMP settings, what can I do there ? And I really wish to use 3200 memory, it's not small difference (look at the photoshop benchmark).

Thanks.

PS: I know I should be using ECC and Registered Ram (btw, interesting benchmark here), but, I am curious to explore enthusiastic memory instead this ECC/Registered because currently on market there is only 2400 version I guess due to JEDEC, so it's not really appealing frequency.
