Anyway why 32bit on the windows 7?

idk i can get windows 10 32bit with x64 base processor to upgrade it to 64bit but windows 7 only get 32bit and if i try to upgrade it without a DVD i won't work

I think that Windows 7 is a more stable, reliable, and user-friendly OS. But unless you don't plan to use any 64 bit programs, or you don't have an x64 CPU, you should get a 64 bit OS, and not a 32 bit one.

Well as much as I dislike windows 10 it is in your best interest to get it over a 32 bit windows 7
