Windows 10 64-bit is what I recommend. You get full UEFI support and enjoy features like faster boot time, you get all Windows 8 features, plus Windows 10 features, which piles to a really long list.

 

For the edition (Pro or Home), it depends on you.

In a nut shell: Pro edition you gain:

  • "Differ non-security update" option, which differs by up to 3 months an update.
  • Remote Desktop Host (Able to connect to your desktop using Windows Remote Desktop from another PC running Windows or your phone via Remote Desktop app)
  • Hyper-V VM

No. 32-bit OS is limited to 4GB of RAM. In Windows case, only 3.7 down to 3.5GB will be addressable, depending on hardware config. You need 64-bit to use more RAM.
