Pic uploads don't insert into post correctly

Or something along those lines. First I thought it was user error but found second user with same:

Both have link saying "localhost" as location for file.

Try upload it directly to ltt.

Not my pics as you can see from threads. I would assume those are uploaded with forum function but inserting them to post has been messed since Friday's update. I can't do testing atm, but will do when I have time for it.

I'm fixing the images. I have seen the issue lately, but I wonder if people are not inserting them properly, or if it fixes itself when I edit the post. The forum is being a little wonky though for me, so it might be related.

 

Okay, so it looks like we're having a number of problems. Two of them being the images, and I've been seeing a lot of double posts lately.

 

Add a third problem when editing posts.

I believe I know what causes this.  If you just attach an image and hit post, it will not work.  However, if you upload and then manually use the icon to insert it into the post, it should work properly.  Therefore the code that auto-inserts attachments at the end must be bugged.

I always insert my images manually, so that would explain why I've never had the issue.
