Corsair 600C Motherboard Recommendations

Hi all, 

 

I was looking into using an EVGA Z170 FTW ATX motherboard in the Corsair 600C case.

 

I've read other reviews saying that the I/O cover interferes with the placement of GPU's in the top PCI slot.

Also becasue there arn't any USB 2.0 headers on the board makes the two on the case somewhat pointless.

 

Do you think this is a deal breaker? Or does anyone have a better suggestion for a motherboard in this case?
