Hell yeah! This "Alza" is doing that they set a price at least 15% more than it should be and than they add huge amount of price before sale... Just like with that Samsung 850 posted upper.

Lots of Brick and Mortar stores do the same thing.

CrappyTire does it here in Canada, aka Canadian Tire.

Like I can save at least 350€ (= 510CAD = 400USD) just by shopping for my build on Europes Amazons. (Build price is 2300€ = 3350 CAD = 2600 USD)

Canadian Tire only does that with some things.

 

With many of their products though, they are competitive with the rest of the industry (Eg: Wal-Mart, Amazon.ca, etc).

Yes they do have great sale prices, but like anything, even Winners.... you need to know what the regular price is.

W5 did a show on Winners misleading "regular price" practices.

Common sense really, not so common.

Well sure, but you should be comparing prices no matter what you buy.
