try reseating the GPU and re-plug the power cables.

if all else fails

RMA the whole thing

http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

download the program from the website

run the program

restart the PC

and then download the latest drivers from nVIdia

I might just have too, The card seems like a pre-production unit, and might be caused due to that, but I don't know, I am uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling.

I don't think you understand...

RMA is for defective hardware.

A card that does not overclock is not defective.

It is only guaranteed to run at stock speeds.

Anything over that is called the silicon lottery and you either get lucky or you don't.

Same for CPUs too.

It's a FTW card with AIO cooling, cooling works great, overclocking doesn't. Hell, firestrike put my card behind FE card.

what kind of boost clocks are you getting out of it?!

have you overclocked the memory?

The Hybrid is supposed to be an FTW with a watercooler and a shroud. Oh well, Claudio can have a table with me at the EVGA Lemons Club, my 970 Superclocked can't even hold the stock boost clock. xD :(

Before we go any further...

I think some screenshots would be in order.

Specifically showing msi afterburner, gpu z and cpu z to give us some reference points.

We need to see what you're doing with this overclock before we condemn the card.

We all make mistakes and do silly things without realizing it, peer review helps us catch things... seemingly obvious things that we all can miss.

Just to make you aware, when you overclock a graphics card, you technically void your warranty....

As has been said you can not RMA a card because it's not a good overclocker, The card is working as intended, no guarantees are given with overclocking when you buy a card, unless you buy one as cherry picked to overclock, by the manufacturer and sold as such..

you have two options,

1 just live with it

2 sell the card at a loss, and buy another and hope it overclocks...

personally id pick number 1.

Or to be accurate... advertised speeds :)

So, after reinstalling the drivers, I would like to say I have gained better, not the best, but better performance. The card now boosts between 1987-2038MHz which is good, and I got graphics scores of about 22900 on Firestrike now, so I am also happy with that! Below are my CPU-Z/GPU-Z & EVGA Precision OC Screenshots.

incorrect , overclocking does not void warranty. hard mods and bios mods do void warrantys

yes is does, this comes directly from sapphire ED....

and it makes sense that it voids the warranty, why should the company be out of pocket if you break the card through overclocking.....

You need to go and actually read the warranty.

Not that they would ever know you overclocked, unless you are silly enough to admit to it.

now just increase temp and power target and watch the boost clocks, your GPU now should boost over 2GHz constant

Never noticed the power limit, temperature isn't an issue, never goes over 40C with AIO!
