Looking for a laptop that maxes League of Legends

I would like to get a laptop under 500$ CAD that maxes League Legends. Or a pc build for the same price that can be easily upgraded, but can still max League of Legends right now.

Btw, would this laptop get the job done?

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2670QM CPU @ 2.20GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.2GHz 
Memory: 8192MB RAM 
Card name: AMD Radeon HD 6700M Series 
Display Memory: 4848 MB 
Dedicated Memory: 1008 MB

that'd be enough maybe better gpu but other than that its ok

I'm going to say no, that laptop will not max out LoL at 60fps at 1080p.

Radeon hd 6700 is similar to hd 520 (Skylake integrated graphics)

Sorry I cannot help you. The budget is too small for me to suggest a new laptop and I am not familiar with the used market in Canada. Building a pc is the best option.
