CPU Upgrade for FM2(+) Socket

Hello. I'm seeking upgrade recommendations for an FM2(+) socket type CPU. Currently I have the Athlon X4 860k but I'm maxing out it's power, it seems. 100% CPU usage while running Street Fighter 5 and OBS.

I could use CPU Boss and compare to any CPU's that I find but how accurate is CPU Boss?

Tell us your budget, you'll likely be better off just getting a new mobo processor and possibly ram.

I kind of expect a response like this (no offense). I was hoping to not need to as I just got a MOBO, PSU, GPU, CPU and RAM a few months ago. BUT if I was going to replace these parts I suppose I'd suppose I'd cap budget $400-$500. I already plan on replacing my case.

I'm still really hoping to find a CPU that has perhaps 150%-200% the performance of my current CPU.

Have you overclocked it?

get something like a hyper 212 evo and crank it to 4.3-4.5GHz, it will be the best gor the fm2+ platform, anything better would be a new motherboard/cpu combo like a skylake i5/h110 board.

That is just a 860k clocked at 4.1GHz with an igpu, even the 880k is just a higher clocked 860k.

your next upgrade is only the 880K but it just an OC version of the 860K

so i guess you can only OC your 860K further to 4.6GHz provided your board is those A88X mobos

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

So this means I can overclock my CPU?

If yes, do you know of any guides for CPU overclocking? (never done any overclocking. in fact this is my first PC build)

Just look for some guides on YouTube. It's kinda hard to explain but its essentially shove the voltage to the max allowed by the CPU, then increase the clocks by a set value, testing after each increment with prime95 or something until it's unstable then dial back a bit for the clocks.
