PcPP Sites Trustable?

They're all fine, although Superbiiz doesn't have the greatest customer service. I would stick with the main ones unless the others are significantly cheaper.

They're all trustworthy but if you're buying a CPU from SuperBiiz, get a cooler since they sell OEM chips mostly.

Yes, it's just the CPU's. If you trying to buy right now, I'd check Amazon or Newegg and take advantage of their Prime/Premier services.
