powersupply needed for skylake build

i need a cheap efficient modular or semi-modular power supply for my pc build. power supply should be around 40 usd and i would like it from either newegg or amazon.

Only one I can think off in that price range of $40 bucks is the Corsair CX###M

I'd go with a 450-550W PSU from @STRMfrmXMN whitelist.

 

Seasonic, EVGA, Rosewill, and some Corsairs would be my choices.

I'd get rid of the aftermarket cooler since it's completely unnecessary on the 6500 which is locked and is cooler very much quietly and cool by the stock cooler.
