Windows File System Question

yeah, fat32 is just more universal.

Android does not support NTFS, thats why otg thumbdrives and microsd cards are in FAT32 format.

Mac OSx can only read NTFS drives, not write to them

Playstations and the xbox 360 does not support NTFS etc...

What do you mean by "permission problems"?

Fat32 Doesn't really have permissions, while NTFS does, so would you have to change permissions on a usb stick.
