After Windows Anniversary Update Crashed, Mobo Bricked? pls help

I was updating to Windows 10 Anniversary Edition when my power went. When I tried to power up the next morning, the computer wouldn't even get to bios before shutting down automatically. The Q-Code on my X99-A motherboard gets stuck at 33 before the crash though. I used bios flashback, but there is no effect. I took out the RAM and replugged, and did the same for the graphics card. I unplugged all sata devices as well to no avail. I unplugged all the RAM to get stuck at a new error code of 53. I also tested if switching RAM slots would change anything which it didn't. The Q-Code is still currently stuck at 53. I also tried clearing RTC RAM by moving the jumper caps as well as reinstalling the button cell battery. Nothing has worked yet.

If anyone can help it would be great.
I'm hoping I didn't brick the motherboard.

Thanks!!
