I was wondering if you guy could give me any suggestions on headphones because I love bass a lot but I only like well-executed bass, but I don't want it to be the only frequency that sounds pleasing to listen to.

Budget?

What are you willing to spend?

Fostex TH-X00 if you can get one. Audeze LDC-X. Focal Elear is supposed to have some pretty sick bass, especially for an open headphone. HiFiMan HE-560 is pretty good with the right tweaks if you value texture and quality over quantity. Moving to lower prices, the V-Moda Crossfade M-100 has a lot of bass with decent overall sound quality. Definitely a can for bassheads. The AKG K7XX has a good amount of bass for an open headphone, and I believe there is a drop for it going on right now; if not, they seem to happen regularly.

If you're spending much more than $200, you may consider an amp; motherboards are moderately likely to compromise bass performance if they aren't designed well. It can be difficult to tell that is happening until you hear a source that is correct.
