if i remember correctly, the blade stealth is a dual core cpu, and witcher 3 needs quad core to run.  You'll need to side-load a 3rd party software, i forgot the name, but it allows you to load the game, even with dual cores.

I had to do this playing on my dual core pc, when running the division, and farcry.  its dumb, as it works almost just as well, (actually, the division didn't work that well in the end) but ya.

google it a bit...   there is software out there that will help you load it.

It would be very hard to play even if you manage to launch the game. Even on low the game is a challenge on the 520 to run.

1 - the CPU overheats so it's not possible
2 - the CPU is a power-saving ULV chip so performance is going to be bad regardless
3 - the iGPU is not capable of running the game even at 800x600
4 - the Razer BS is built like garbage and not worth the money
