My room has the doors open 24/7 and i have AC on at 21 degrees C  at all times (in the summer) but my room is still HOT AND THE AIR IS THICK AS FUCK from my PC and i also have 2 fans to help circulate air in the room.

My questions is, would replacing hardware help? (need upgrading anyway)

I current have a Hx1050 (Definitely overkill but i got a new one for free) should i replace with a smaller power one?

I'm currently using a GTX 680 which i already plan on replacing to a 1060 Soon.

What if i replace my H80i with an air cooler, would that even help?

What about my case? Im using an HAF 922. would getting something like an H440 even help?

BAHH! Any tips and tricks for my PC to release less heat?

I already turned off all my overclocking, and tweaked power settings to have more of a curve.

Changing case or cooler will not help at all, because the same amount of heat will be output into the room.

The only thing that cooler and case help will be the temp of the components in the case.

To have lower heat you need to change your GPU or CPU.

A 1060 is much more efficient than a 680 so that will make a difference.

The only way to reduce the heat released by the PC is underclocking and undervolting your current components to make them produce less heat. This will clearly result in lower performance. If you upgrade to newer components you will get better performance per watt and therefore lower heat for the performance.

Should get a dehumidifier.

It helps to turn the furnace fans on during the summer to help circulate air through the house. It also helps to open the windows at night. One thing that's made a huge difference in my room was buying a window fan.

As far as heat management... Aside from underclocking, or using speed-step like features to dynamically control your clock and power usage, there isn't much you can do.

Even then, it doesn't solve the real issue which is a lack of adequate air circulation in your room. So basically, even if you do get lower powered hardware, or decrease the power consumption of your existing hardware, if you room retains it's current ability to disperse and get rid of this heat, then it's still going to continue to be an issue.

So, I recommend a peltier dehumidifier or a window fan.

One interesting idea may be to limit the exhaust of your PC to one output, and then create some ducting to run that hot air directly out of your window instead of releasing it in your room.

Don't use it 24/7. If you must do something like encoding, do it at night when air in general is cooler. Shut it down when you don't need it, or use sleep if 30s boot is too slow for you.
