Yeah, with DDU you can uninstall ALL of your drivers and then you can out back the newest ones or the ones you think might work in your case.

em, ok. i reinstalled the drivers but it didnt work. then i plugged out my second monitor and it got fixed. like what. i only did it becaus the stuttering came back after it had installed the drivers that made my second monitor work

Hello, does anyone know how to fix this?

i get micro stutter in absolutely every program and game. Every 4-5 seconds it lags for a split second. Example: When i'm scrolling down a website like facebook it doesn't go smoothly, it lt laggs as i go down the page. and when i'm on youtube the video lag so much that the only videos i can watch without ripping my hair out is GradeAUnderA's since it's only pictures.  i've managed to fix this 2 times before by disabling and enabling hpet, but now nothing is working. When i'm playing games like cs:go all my cpu cores are around 80-100% usage. i guess that is bottlenecking if i'm not wrong? i have reinstalled all my graphics drivers and it didn't work btw.

Specs:

Corsair VS550W KPC Bulk edition

Intel core i5-6600 skylake

cooler master hyper TX3 Evo CPU cooler

MSI B150 Gaming M3

Kingston value DDR4 2133Mhz 16GB

MSIGeforce GTX 960 4GB

Saegate desktop SSHD1TB

a i5-6600 will never bottleneck a gtx 960, and even when, it shouldn´t stutter like that.

Is there any program running in the background? If your not sure about your drivers uninstall all of them with DDU and then put the right ones on. If that doesn't work then you have to reinstall windows, that's your only hope.

Yeah, with DDU you can uninstall ALL of your drivers and then you can out back the newest ones or the ones you think might work in your case.
