[SOLVED] I can't reply in my build thread

For some reason I can't reply in my build thread on mobile, it keeps trying to quote an empty post and won't let me type anything. I've tried clearing cache,wiping data, and even resorting to uninstalling and reinstalling chrome.

The issue seems to be account based and won't let me remove the attempt to quote a post.

 

I also can't seem to access the desktop version of this site, even while requesting the desktop site in Chrome settings.

Tap undo multiple times to get rid of it. Also delete work for my quotes on mobile.
