What games are you playing with it? What resolution? Planning on buying a new, higher-res monitor anytime soon? Your definition of a "good GPU" may vary wildly from mine.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

Rx 480 4GB when they come back into stock. 

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. Never cheap out on a PSU, or I will come to watch the fireworks.

For that price point not much can come close to a rx480 right now. 

 

If you absolutely have to have an nvidia card, save up a little for a 1060 or buy a 960 or a used 970

1. The 1060 is nowhere near $200
2. The RX 480 is fine for 1080p

Those are out of the OP's price range. He gave a range of 200 usd, which the 4gb version of the RX480 sits in nicely.
